We start the month off at beginners and move up the levels as month goes on.
1st Monday of the month Beginners week one
2nd Monday of the month Beginners week two
3rd Monday of the month Beginners Plus to improvers
4th Monday of the month Improvers
5th Monday of the month Improvers to intermediate
Both classes are routine based classes. Different routines each week.
No need to book. just check our social media for last minute changes and turn up on time.
Come on your own or with a friend or partner. We rotate everyone regular so every person gets a dance and gets the feel of different level dancers
£8per person pr £12 for both classes per person.
Payment ideally by cash but we do have. acrd machine.
2026, Thursday Salsa Social New Venue, New Chapter
Thursday Salsa is continuing in a new town centre venue at THE MAYFAIR HARROGATE, following the closure of our previos location.
I've taken the night on independently and secured a beautiful upstairs space dedicated to salsa classes and social dancing, with a licensed bar downstairs. This allows the night to continue in a stable, welcoming environment while keeping the community together.
What's new
New Venue: The Mayfair Harrogate, 33-35 Parliment Street, HG1 2RE.
Dedicated Upstairs dance space for classes and social.
Clear weekly class structure, followed by an SBK social.
Thursday evening Schedule
7.00pm Arrival and FREE taster salsa class
7.20PM Beginners Salsa class
8.15PM Improvers Salsa ( monthly Bachata class)
9.00pm SBK Social.
10.30 Last Dances.
All levels are welcome. You're welcome to join for one class or stay for the whole evening.
Pricing.
Thursday Salsa is now independently run, and the night is chargeable going forward.
to Support a smooth transition. we're offering introductory pricing.
£5 per person for the classes and social.
Social dancers are welcome from 9pm.
Cash preferred, card machine available.
Why the change?
Previously , the Thursday night was hosted by the venue and offered free of charge. As the night is now independently organised the change allows it to remain sustainable, consistent, and professionally run, ensuring Thursday can continue long term.
